I create balance for those things that have no balance.
Born in 1973, I have been doing art since I was five years old.My grandfather would sit with me and teach me to draw.Throughout my youth, I have drawn and painted.Art is my life every day and I want to convey through my art the message that anything is possible when one achieves self discipline.I create art because it is a part of me that wants to see a part of life evolve.I do the art that I do because it inspires me to do better to perfect my techniques.As an artist, having knowledge in many techniques and having the correct tools and skills to manipulate materials in different ways helps me to overcome obstacles in trying to make art effortless.My favorite aspect of creating art is knowing what I can make and having the step by step plan and outcome of a project pictured in my head before I have even begun to work on the art.My goal is to create emotion, to help others see through different eyes, and to create work that no one else has seen before. My imagination begins with a blank slate and I see the potential of an object and what can be created with it.
Besides doing art, and Kundalini yoga, one of my other outlets is skateboarding. I have been skate boarding since I was eight years old. My cousin gave me a skateboard and I began to skate and haven't stopped since. You can see me skateboarding on Bristol Street in Santa Ana, California. On many Saturdays I will skateboard all the way down to Newport Beach. I have clocked the trip and it comes to about 25 miles round trip. I feel that anything is possible and we, as humans can do anything- with a lot of effort and dedication. If you see me, stop me and lets talk- anyone is invited to come skate with me.
